If you want to help your students regain and improve their concentration, try out short exercise breaks. Here’s how they help. 

Encourages Physical Activity 

If your kids are spending all their time at their desk, studying, then that’s going to lead to a decline in the levels of their physical activity. You’ll want to start incorporating small breaks into your classes. These will encourage the kids to try and be more physically active in between their classes.
